Member is right that provision of ICT facilities is one of the things but the budget that we have available for now up to 29th will be able to provide for the chairs but subsequently those are some of the items that we need to include in all these youth empowerment centres. The ICT, games and recreational facilities are part of the things that we need to provide and of course, even qualified personnel to help the youth in capacity building."
