    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you listened to the Minister carefully, he is just going to provide desks, yet the centres are supposed to be empowerment centres; does he intend to provide desks and chairs to the youth just to sit around in those halls? An example is my constituency, where we have completed that centre at Kahuro District Headquarters. When will he be able to provide equipment and furniture? There is no need of telling us to start other phases while the first phase is not even being used by the youths. Could he be specific and tell us when he is going to commission these centres?"
