    "content": "asked the Minister for Roads:- (a) whether he could confirm that the rehabilitation works on Maiella-Ngondi-Kongoni Road (D331/E445) have stalled, thereby greatly affecting Maiella residents who cannot transport their agricultural produce to the market; (b) whether he could also state the names of the two firms that were awarded the contract and explain how the contract was awarded; and, (c) when the works will resume and whether he could assure the House that sections that were shoddily done will be re-done, and further state when the works to upgrade the road from Suswa to Elementaita E445/D331/D322/E446) to bitumen standard will commence.
