I have even written to the Director of Companies and they have avoided answering that. At the point when they are evaluating the tender, one of the prerequisites is that they give the details of the companies which do that particular tender. Why is the Minister avoiding giving us exactly those details as per the tendering document – who these people are – and it is within his department?"
