The Minister is being asked to name the particular companies in reference to the Question, about possible conflict of interest that may have arisen. We recently passed the Leadership and Integrity Bill which requires public officers to ensure that there is no conflict of interest between them and the offices that they hold. Is the Minister in order to dodge the question that is very relevant; as to whether there is integrity in the transaction in question?"
