    "content": "It is not a matter of “an issue of Tana Delta” the way Nairobi is treating it. It is not an issue of a tribal thing. This is an issue that is threatening the stability of the whole country. There are many Kenyans out there who have very good will for our people. There are also a few who are not planning well for the next general election. While ordinary Kenyans who have goodwill are doing their campaigns in peace and are promising to do this or that, there are other people who are not planning well for this country. So, if they see there is laxity in the Tana Delta; that the militia can hover around and nothing happens to them, then that attitude might spread to other parts of the country. We are heading to a dangerous time of the general election. If we cannot stamp out this problem in Tana Delta, my fear is that it might spread off to other areas. So, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I move this Motion and ask the entire country and all our hon. Members who have been very supportive up to now to support this Motion, so that should it escalate further than this, we can have the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) coming in."
