However, having listened to the amendment by hon. Maj. Sugow, which has been carried, I wish to withdraw my amendment because it amounts to giving the same effect to the amendment that has been carried. But, with your permission, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to thank hon. Mungatana for bringing this Motion and for giving hon. Members the opportunity to speak about what has been going on in Tana River."
