"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to declare a bit of interest in this, as I have been the chairman of the KWS. That land has always been an issue. When the Assistant Minister will be coming back to Parliament, I would like him to give us a policy regarding the Nairobi National Park, considering that it has been completely encroached on. It is the only national park in a city in the world. He should also give us the details of what happened to the railway line which does not seem to exist. I would like the Assistant Minister to take that into consideration. What happened to the railway line considering that many houses have been built on railway line land?"
