    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the railway reserve, which I believe is the proposed road reserve, is outside the preserve of my Ministry. Nevertheless, the technical committee that involved the Ministries of Land, Transport and Roads has actually recommended that that option should be looked into. I believe that the relevant Ministries are going to pursue it. However, if we are going to pursue the option of wanting us to ease some piece of land from the national park, then the proper procedures have to be followed including a review of the NEMA Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) licence and the subsequent approvals by Cabinet and this House."
