The issue here is, did you use or did you not use a banker who works in the establishment to give that information? You cannot say that you have not used an employee of Charterhouse Bank to blow the whistle on the issues that you have stated. Then you proceed on to say that you will fight that using the best lawyers. In a way, you are inadvertently admitting what Mr. Mwau was saying."
