    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I said, this is the allegation that is in the affidavit of that man that one Mr. Maina Kiai waived diplomatic immunity for the Government of Kenya and, therefore, the Government of Kenya can be sued in the USA. This is the allegation he is making but we are saying that we have no intention of waiving our immunity. This is not a commercial transaction and we are going to defend this suit with the top most lawyers in the USA. We have no intention of paying a single cent to this man."
