    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to give notice of the following Motion under Standing Order No.23(1) to seek leave to move the Adjournment of the House for the purpose of discussing a definite matter of urgent national importance. THAT, this House do now adjourn to discuss the escalating insecurity in Tana River, Garissa, Wajir, Mandera, Marsabit, Turkana, Isiolo and other affected areas which have left many innocent Kenyans maimed, hundreds dead and thousands homeless."
