    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Minister has answered part “b” of the Question very well. However, he has not answered part “a” where I have asked why telephone poles which cost Kshs25,000 each are being sold to members of the public at Kshs500 each. Surely, that is not their value. They are being disposed of and yet, Telkom Kenya wants the Government to pay a loan of US$60 million. They are throwing away the assets that are owned by wananchi at a mere price of Kshs500, while their economic value is over Kshs10,000. Could the Minister tell us whether that is true and if it is, what he will do to stop the exercise immediately?"
