    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that over 100 Morans invaded ADC Kasuku and Matunda Farms on 18th July, 2011 and attacked farm workers and other farmers, burnt three houses, stole 29 sheep, two cows and broke the windscreen of a vehicle belonging to one of the farmers? (b) What measures has the Government taken to ensure that ADC workers and scheme farmers are safe? (c) How many suspects has the Government arrested in connection with the incidence?"
