Olago Oluoch might have a point, I would want you to declare that this matter cannot be canvassed now any further until and unless the substantive Speaker is on the Chair. For them, if they have any doubts as to how this House has progressed and presided over for the last four years, then they can raise it at the right time when the person on the Chair is not an interested person in the matter being canvassed.
