    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Prime Minister to confuse the House? We know that the Greenfield was a project under Vision 2030; so, it is a Government project. The tender that is being questioned is on the Greenfield project which has already gone through a process which the Executive has taken action on. So, there is no way we can say that the Government has not addressed this issue. The issue is in the public domain and needs to be addressed. If the Government is taking too long, then it is the duty of the House to act, so that there is no victimization of staff. For example, Mr. Gichuki has been victimized and the Board is now being victimized. Then there is power struggle between the Minister, the Prime Minister’s Office and Office of the President. Who is in control of this country?"
