    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there was a purported cancellation of this contract that drew the attention of some hon. Members. But following the purported cancellation of the contract, a communication was made to the KAA Board that this matter was being dealt with by the Cabinet and, therefore, the Board had no powers or authority to act on it until the matter was resolved by the Cabinet. Yes, I agree that, that is what probably drew the attention of the House and that is the reason questions were being asked here. But, basically, the Board was informed accordingly and the Minister, of course, was also aware, because he is a Member of the Sub-committee of the Cabinet which was dealing with this particular issue. I want to repeat again that this matter will go to the Cabinet tomorrow and the conclusion will be known after it has had opportunity to receive and discuss the recommendations of the Committee."
