"content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have said that the Board of the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) was supposedly disciplining the Chief Executive Officer by ignoring their recommendations to purportedly cancel this contract contrary to the laid down procedures. I have also said that the Board acted without authority because the matter had still not yet been concluded by the Cabinet. Therefore, I have ordered the reinstatement of the Chief executive and I have also given directions that he should not be molested until this matter is concluded by the Government."
