James Rege sought a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Environment and Natural Resources, and the Deputy Leader of Government Business undertook to ensure that the Statement is delivered today. It was in connection with the water hyacinth that is chocking Lake Victoria. It is an issue which is really threatening the lives of the people living around Lake Victoria."
