    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Bill that is in discussion in Parliament is the Amendment Bill and the hon. Member is talking about whether it is within the corporate governance--- Hon. Mungatana, hon. M’Mithiaru and Dr. Eseli talked about the corporate governance and the tradition in all countries. We are talking about the creation of a very powerful chair approved by this House. We are not talking about centres of power. Is the hon. Member in order to mislead the House with a different thing which is not in this Bill?"
