    "content": "this amendment, is basically to state how this Chairman will be elected. In the absence of this Chairman, who else can chair the Board? That is basically the long and short of this amendment. The rest is basically further clarification in terms of the functions of the Governor. I believe that all these amendments have come with the full input of the CBK in terms of them clarifying what negotiations--- These things were discussed further in Naivasha with the Committees and also the Treasury. This is, therefore, really a negotiated text and it is acceptable. I can see the Minister for Finance is walking in to further confirm what we are saying. I want to urge the House to pass these amendments so that we can give the current structure of CBK---"
