"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want the Minister to listen. He has read an Act of Parliament which clearly states that the wish of parents will be taken into account. The wish of Muslim parents is that their girl-child wears the Hijab . Today, we want the Minister to solve it administratively. However, if he will not be the Minister tomorrow, what will happen to them? We want a policy implication so that in future, Ministers who will come after him know it as a policy. It is the wish of Muslim parents that their girls wear Hijab . Could he grant them that wish? It is not a favour we are asking. It is their right."
