On Tuesday, you raised that with the Assistant Minister. He is now asking for another one month. That, in itself, breaches the Standing Order that guides the operation of this House. Families of Kenyans out there are agonizing about the whereabouts of their loved ones and this Assistant Minister is taking it very lightly. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for the second time, I want your indulgence to involve Parliament as an institution that has an oversight role when such cases arise. I beg your indulgence that a relevant committee must investigate those extra-judicial killings by KWS across the country."
