    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. First I want to thank you for coming to the aid of the Deputy Leader of Government Business because he may not do as much as you have done. But my point, to some extent, is actually to say not all the Government business that has been brought on Wednesday morning has been resolved by the House to take precedence over the other business. But when the House Business Committee has persistently not allowed individual private Bills to come to the Floor of the House on Wednesday morning, which is a day allocated to our business--- that is my concern. I am entitled to it because the rest of the days are not ours. They are for this Government."
