    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 8(1) of the Act and substituting it as follows:- 8(1) There shall be a Chief Executive of the Authority who shall be appointed by the Minister and who shall, subject to this Section, hold office on such terms and conditions of service as may be specified in the instrument of appointment, or otherwise from time to time. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this is basically empowering the Minister to appoint the Chief Executive of the Authority."
