    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me also add my voice in thanking the Minister. I have only two issues: To tell the Minister that this country is going to improve or even have proper economic growth with good financial policies; a good capital market and a good central bank policy. I want to urge him to keep bringing legislation after legislation and we shall support because it is only by streamlining that sector that we are going to succeed. Lastly, I want to ask the Minister to urge the President to immediately now make the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) operational because now the ball is in his court. Thank you."
