    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my question is a follow up to the fact that the Assistant Minister is admitting that the agencies involved in taking Kenyans to the Middle East are quacks, in his opinion. My question to him is, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs they are responsible for looking after these persons when they are in these foreign countries; what efforts have you made to ensure that we have solid labour agreements with all those countries to whom we export labour, especially in the Middle East, where there are serious accusations of human trafficking?"
