    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Government has acquired a very good reputation for doing physical things like constructing good roads, but when it comes to issues where human beings are concerned, it has no idea. That is why they are not able to deal with the strike by teachers, lectures, doctors and many others that are coming. Could he tell us, since he has confirmed that the problem is not with the Saudi Government but is with the quacks we have here, why then we are not able to deal with the human beings called quacks, as a Government?"
