It is on the basis of that, that the Chair can give direction. This is not a place where we just go for the cameras and show emotions, much as we are getting closer to the elections. But, nonetheless, it is a Kenyan whom we are all supposed to worry about. We have a responsibility to get to the bottom of this. So, the hon. Assistant Minister will do all that is within his capacity. At the same time, if there is any information from the mother, father or any person who is already in a position to have certain information, it will help us. In any case, even within our own country, when your vehicle is robbed somewhere and you have information, you will still go to the police and tell them: “I think we can find the car somewhere.” The police will arrest. Let us all be very sensitive to our own young lady there. There is need for us to take this collectively. Hon. Assistant Minister, you have a responsibility to report back to the House, with as much more information as you can get. But in the meantime, you also have a responsibility to look for the agent and family, and try and get to the bottom of this matter."
