Last week, the House spent about 20 minutes debating whether the Assistant Minister was familiar with malice aforethought, murder, manslaughter and how different they are because on one hand he was saying that the forest warder was acting in self defence but on the other side he is charged with manslaughter. All these come together and this is the same answer he is repeating. Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to continue misleading the House?"
