    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a very serious issue and I think tomorrow will be okay because this Question was on the Order Paper last week and it was deferred to this week. I want to request that the latest we can hear it is tomorrow morning. As the Minister comes with that document, I would like him to take a pen and multiply what he is calling “quantities of fuel” by nine and tell us why the answer he will get is not the Kshs48 billion collected. As the Minister comes tomorrow with an answer, he should tell us why there was an under-collection of Kshs3 billion during that period. We do not want when he comes here tomorrow to tell us that he wants to go back and look for a calculator to calculate and find out why it is not Kshs50 billion."
