    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that the design documents which included the Bills of Quantities for Isiolo-Modogashe Road were completed in 2007. (b) My Ministry, through the (Kenya National Highways Authority) KeNHA, is currently negotiating with the development partners to provide finance for the construction work. The construction work will commence once the financing agreement is signed between ourselves, the financier and the Ministry of Finance."
