Bett, to mislead Kenyans and this House that he has just received a “no objection” letter from donors for the construction of the Garissa-Modogashe Road? In 2010, the entire leadership of Northern Kenya visited His Excellency the President, who told us that the contract for the construction of that road would be advertised in less than two months’ time but two years later, nothing has happened. Is he in order to mislead Kenyans when we know that the funds for that particular road have been diverted to regions which are politically-correct?"
