Member because it came in last week when we were in between saying that it was not with me; and then before the end of Statement’s time--- But since that time, the union has gone to court and that may complicate matters. I am also aware that the matter on the affected workers has been referred to the relevant Departmental Committee which is chaired by Mrs. Noor.
