    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I know that there is a lot of interest in this Bill. I will encourage that any hon. Member who still has some points to make - because I would be happy to take them on board when we meet in the Committee on Transport - to fine-tune what was said here and what may not even have been said. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me just take the opportunity to thank hon. Members for the input and to confirm to them that we will be taking all those comments on board in the course of our discussions in the Committee tomorrow. Hopefully, by the time we come to the Committee Stage, we will bring the necessary amendments to make this Bill a Bill that Kenyans need. I also want to encourage all hon. Members to also invest in some programmes to help their boda boda operators and the drivers in their areas because it is a joint effort that we all need to do together to ensure that our roads are safe. We are all safer when all our drivers drive well. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to move."
