    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, although the matter is so urgent, I have no option. Again, even though the Question was deferred, the Government has an office in Parliament and they know when Questions are appearing. As the Minister has alluded, Ministers are always unable to come here to answer Questions because of the traffic jam. We will, therefore, request Parliament to build some hostels around here so that when Ministers have Questions to answer they are accommodated there so that they are not delayed by the traffic jam."
