    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I said earlier on that this Assistant Minister is misleading this House, and he must get the facts right. The Nakuru case has been consolidated and brought to Nairobi High Court under Petition No.229 of 2011 formerly of Nakuru High Court where the Chief Justice has formed a Three-Bench-Judge. So, the Assistant Minister should not mislead us because currently, there is no case in Nakuru because the one that was pending in Nakuru was brought to Nairobi. So, the Assistant Minister is misleading the House. Let him put his facts in order. Is he in order to mislead this House?"
