Could the Assistant Minister undertake to table the list of cases that were pending when PLO Lumumba was leaving office so that when they eventually swear in Mr. Matemu, this House is certain that the cases will not have been tampered with? Files should be handed over to Mr. Matemu or whoever will come into the office."
