Firstly, the completed health facility must be registered by the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation, after which it will be gazetted by the Attorney-General. Once it is gazetted, we can send the registration certificate to KEMSA for the facility to be registered there too, so that it can be among the facilities within its pool. So, distribution of medical supplies is done as per the registration within the pool."
