    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have been promised that this issue of IDPs will be sorted once and for all, since 2008. I have been in the forefront fighting for this. The Assistant Minister has said that all IDPs will be resettled before the end of this year, if land will be available. I think that the Government is taking Kenyans for a ride and it is high time it came out clearly and said whether these Kenyans have a right to be settled like any other Kenyans or they are just playing politics, so that they buy time until we go for the election.
