    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wanted to contribute to what the Assistant Minister said by asking him what the Government is doing given the fact that it is causing a lot of suffering. Apart from the suffering, these IDPs are unproductive and idle. They could easily be productive people who could be contributing to improving their lives and also our economy yet it has taken so many years for the Government to resettle them. I want to give him the benefit of doubt - that they can do so between now and December? Is he being realistic by giving us that short kind of timeline?"
