It is a 13-page report which I wish to table. On the issue of the Red Cross in Tana River, currently, the Ministry is distributing relief food and non-food items to various populations and I have done a report for that touching on Wajir, Tana River, Baringo Central, Marigat, Samburu, Turkana and Marakwet. I would like to table them too. You understand that there is an Act of Parliament on Red Cross. It, therefore, does not come under the Ministry of State for Special Programmes. If there are issues with the Red Cross, say, why they are not allowed there, I think this Ministry is not responsible for it. The Red Cross does not report to my Ministry. PROTECTION TO MR.
