Member for Turkana Central and a pastoralist like me for considering to improve the plight of IDPs in this country. Clashes, like the pastoral clashes, have never been considered in these Bills. Today, we have a Bill before this House that is an all-inclusive. I am sure that this Bill will be a milestone in his career.
