I know there was a balance of about Kshs2 million and so if you have not yet received it in your constituency, expect it any time or check with the accounts; maybe it is already there. For now, it is true the Kshs7 million may not be available but what I have received today is Kshs1.47 billion from the Kenya Roads Board (KRB) and that is what I can only budget for. Let us expect that it will be of help."
