    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank you but as we await the Attorney- General, I request that you communicate to the Government which is represented here ably by the Finance Minister that they start looking at the case of these Kenyans who are languishing in prison in Tanzania. They were handed over to the Tanzanian authorities after being arrested in Mozambique by Kenyan policemen. As we wait, two of them have died in prison or in custody and yet they were handed over by our own policemen."
