If you recall, the issues were about collective responsibility and I was being asked to answer some questions which were not in our docket. We, therefore, re-directed them not to the Ministry of Co-operative Development and Marketing, but to the Attorney-General because it concerns investigations. The Attorney-General was supposed to come and table them, because what we tabled were the names which were within our knowledge and which were investigated by officers working at the Central Bank of Kenya."
