Since you have given a direction that the answer is not sufficient, when the Assistant Minister comes back to the House and knowing that he has visited the State of Israel and has travelled outside Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and he knows how agriculture is conducted in Israel, in a way that makes them become food sufficient; would it be in order for the Assistant Minister then while coming back with a better answer, to incorporate the lessons learnt from Israel as well?"
