    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The responsibility remains with the Minister. He has to satisfy the hon. Member that he has answered the Question. The Minister should be directed to bring an answer that is concise and clear as per the Question and the documents requested should be tabled by the Minister, so that he can authenticate and own them; we will then be able to interrogate him on the legality of his action or lack of it."
