The letter from PriceWaterHouseCoopers to the Statutory Manager is also there. The conclusions of the report are very clear. They said that they did not have the time to go and interview third parties. Therefore, for criminal offences they cannot give a certain answer; whether or not they were there. So, they did not interview third parties, but they gave the report to the bank. Again, as Treasury, a copy of the report was given to us, but it has never been discussed. So, I agree with you that once the hon. Members have read that report, then most of the points of order that they have raised will actually be answered."
