    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this is a very important Bill but I want to bring to your attention the fact that some of us have been waiting for these amendments until 4.00 p.m. In fact, I have just been served with them. They are very vital; if you see the amendments by the Minister, the Committee and hon. Members, some of them could have been harmonized. I even went to the Clerk’s office at about 12.30 p.m. trying to get the amendments from the Committee because it is on that basis that some of us will make informed decisions concerning this very vital Bill. Will I be in order to request that, for us to study the amendments, we defer it to tomorrow?"
